Returns
At the moment, we do not offer refunds or returns. If the product you have purchased is not to your liking, we are happy to offer an exchange in the form of a single-use coupon code, provided the request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, free of any odour, and returned in its original packaging with all original tags and labels intact. All returned items undergo a quality check upon arrival.
We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the product does not meet these conditions.
Our exchange policy window is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If this period has passed, unfortunately, requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.
To be eligible for a exchange:
- The item must be unused and unwashed
- The item must be in original packaging
- All tags must be attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

- Used or damaged products caused by the customer
